Microservices

Microservices is an architectural approach where an application is built as a collection of small, independent services that communicate through APIs. Each service handles a specific business function and can be developed, deployed, and scaled independently. Microservices contrast with monolithic architecture where the entire application is a single unit. Benefits include independent deployment, technology flexibility, and fault isolation. Microservices are typically deployed using containers and orchestrated with Kubernetes.
