Threat Intelligence

Threat intelligence is evidence-based knowledge about existing or emerging threats to assets. It includes information about attack techniques, threat actors, vulnerabilities, and indicators of compromise (IOCs). Threat intelligence helps organizations make informed security decisions, prioritize defenses, and respond to threats more effectively. Sources include open-source intelligence (OSINT), commercial feeds, government agencies, and information sharing communities (ISACs). Effective threat intelligence is actionable, relevant, and timely.
